Ruby Rosé Organic Vermouth is the brainchild of 4 danish vermouth enthusiasts who came together through their joined passion for vermouth.
Ruby Rosé Organic Vermouth is a beautiful complex vermouth, produced at the foot of the dolomites in the north of Italy. It is based on fresh lovely rosé wine from Bardolino, south east of lake Garda. The wine is carefully combined with 21 spices and herbs, primarily from the local area. The most predominant flavors is Rosé, wild strawberries, hibiscus and of course the cornerstone of vermouth, the wormwood.
